Why New Painted Walls peeling? - Why does a freshly painted walls of the house but had to peel, when it was put on a quality paint?

Case peeled paint or flaking, it is very common and cause aggravation so sometimes we rush to blame the cause because the paint that we bought, without seeking the source first.

Flaking paint could occur because the walls are damp conditions, it can happen due to seepage of water from the gutters of construction is less good, or condition of the wall adjacent to the park. High soil water content in the park will be creeping up on the pore walls so that the wall is always wet. Or it could be because the process of the walls that are less good.
